Alembics inspired on old Moorish traditions and widely used in the Iberian Peninsula and in Europe.
The construction of this alembic is made from the craved joints to ensure a perfect seal vapour and liquid to be distilled.
The condensation container is equipped with an inlet of water located at the top, so the water circulates in the opposite direction of the descending vapours.
These models can be used to distil alcohol drinks, essential oils and others.
