With appealing aromas and flavors of blackberries, vanilla and spring flowers, this well structured medium to full bodied wine has plenty of smooth tannins. Drinking nicely now but the wine should take on deeper colour and toasty flavors as it develops over the next year or two. Aged for a minimum of 3 years in oak barrels and then 6 months in the bottle, giving this elegant wine an intense and persistent flavour. A bouquet of violets, cherry and bramble.
